This retreat is for those who wish for a re-membering and a re-claiming of their body and its pleasure potential, at this beautiful retreat centre.

There is so much shame attached to our bodies, our pleasure and our sexuality, that we’ve become guarded and created blocks within our energy system.  This restricts not only our ability to feel but also to flow as orgasmic beings.

When we step into the fullest expression of our life force energy real transformation can occur in both our inner and outer worlds.

Bringing breathe, movement, awareness, language and conscious touch to the body can create release allowing us to regain agency of our body and its responses.

During this weekend we’ll be demystifying Orgasmic life force and tracking the blocks within our own energy through solo, partner and group work.
