To Make a Booking

Please follow the steps below.
For House bookings there is a minimum of 15 people for two nights.

How booking works

Reservation request
Check the booking calendar to find a date that's free, then complete the Reservation Request form below for the spaces you wish to book.

If the dates you are interested in are marked 'Provisional', please email us and we'll follow that up.

Pay deposit
We will invoice you for a £500 deposit to confirm your booking.

The week before your booking
We will contact you to discuss final arrangements for your event.

Availability

Cancellations

If you cancel within six months of the start date of your booking, the deposit will be retained.

If you cancel less than three months before the start date, half the minimum booking fee is payable.

For cancellations within one month of the start date, the full booking charge is payable.

The status of a provisional booking becomes confirmed automatically six months before the start date, and a deposit payable whether or not it has already been paid.
