Bookings and cancellations
Residential bookings
- Accommodation in the main house (per person). Weekend bookings are subject to a minimum of 15 people for 2 nights.£45 per night
- Day visitors joining a residential event£27 per day
- Hire of the barn£130 per day
- Camping (in a tent, in a camper van, or sleeping in the barn)£27 per night
- Confirmation deposit (from Jan 2027)£500
Non-residential bookings (per daytime session)
- Both lounges, kitchen and dining roomfrom £100
- One lounge, kitchen and dining roomfrom £90
- Barn, outside kitchen and toilet/shower room£130
Cancellations
If you cancel within six months of the start date of your booking, the deposit will be retained.
If you cancel less than three months before the start date, half the minimum booking fee is payable.
For cancellations within one month of the start date, the full booking charge is payable.
The status of a provisional booking becomes confirmed automatically six months before the start date, and a deposit payable whether or not it has already been paid.
